A very special speaker, Danielle Foster has a gift for helping individuals reconnect with the very things that make us whole: family, health and our space. It is a gift she acquired from her varied experience as a business leader, teacher, speaker, writer, mother, entrepreneur and wife. And if one sentence characterizes her speeches, it is her slogan: “All great things are only a number of small things that have carefully been collected together.”
A mix of Pollyanna with practicality, Ms. Foster is a sought after speaker that guides businesses, organizations, and social groups on the positives of easing into a Little Green Footprints way of life. Dubbed the connector, and described as “fun, practical and inspiring sans the soap box”, Danielle easily weaves in the significance of family and health into the green way of life. She understands that reconnecting people with their space, their families, and themselves are paramount to making a difference. Danielle reminds us that our small steps bring big actions in every part of life.
Before launching Little Green Footprints, Danielle spent thirteen years in the business/corporate arena. A proven leader, her experience spans the non profit and profit sector, where she specialized in fundraising, cultivating partner involvement, marketing, program development, and management while in the following roles: Executive Director for the Council for Sustainable Florida, Vice President of Programs for the Greater Tallahassee Florida Chamber of Commerce, Adjunct Professor, Florida State University, Marketing and Public Relations Director for the Southeast Regional Cancer Center-Tallahassee, Florida, Executive Director of the American Cancer Society in Gainesville, Florida and Field Director for the Eastern Shore-Maryland Division of the American Cancer Society. In addition, and most importantly, Danielle is a wife, mother, and community volunteer-----the roles she claims as the most significant and challenging. She and her husband Jay reside in Tallahassee, Florida with their five year old son Braden.
